Sure, most people don’t have a glamorous childhood. To say the least I would BE in that category. For most of my life the term Shitstorm comes to mind. Experiencing traumas seemed to BE the way it was supposed to BE. Until I realized I have a choice. I am the driver of this ship thank you. Learning to shed the shit, honor and LOVE myself and those around me, to learn to have compassion for all BEings and to truly listen to that inner voice. Honoring myself for the first time five and a half years ago lead me down a journey I never knew possible. Happiness. True Happiness. I did not know it truly existed.

I hope you find my eclectic guests as marvelous as I do. They are amazing and wonderful and willing to share their stories. As we all have them.
